5 session class

I feel like I’ve been in quick sand without a rope, and now I have the rope to pull myself out.

I’ve tried many different modalities, (Chiro, PT, massage, shots, ultrasound, etc).  The more I tried the worse it has gotten.  I’ve been continuously relapsing.  This is the first thing that has made a significant difference.  I’m not regressing.

I learned enough that when an acute problem arises I have the tools to address the pain.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.  I can see real progress with increased mobility, function and decreased pain.

I feel calmer.  This has created a whole lifestyle change.  It is helping me live a better life. LH.

 

 

I’ve been to the class 4 times (including the introductory class) and I have 35-40 easy doable exercises.

After stretching exercises, Last week (after 3 visits) I moved from walking 1 mile in 30 minutes to a 15 minute mile for 3 miles with just a few days of stretching.
